What does your service include?

We start with a free on-site assessment to review your HVAC units and filters. We identify what you need, how often they should be changed, and give you a clear estimate. Before each visit, you’ll get a reminder, and afterward, a photo report showing your filters clean and ready to go.

Pricing depends on how many filters you have, their size, and how often they’re replaced. No contracts, no subscriptions, and no service fees. Just fair, upfront pricing that fits your business.

We focus on commercial properties like restaurants, retail centers, and other flat-roofed businesses that need reliable filter service.

We currently serve the Omaha, Nebraska area with plans to expand to Lincoln, Des Moines, and Kansas City.

Scheduling

How do I schedule my first service?

It all starts with a free on-site assessment. Once we know your filter setup, we’ll schedule your service and send a reminder a few days before, including your technician’s name.

Nope. As long as we can access your roof or HVAC unit, you’re free to keep your day moving. After we’re done, you’ll get a report with photos showing that your filters were swapped and your air’s back to flowing like it should.

Each filter takes about ten minutes to replace. It’s quick, simple, and keeps the air inside your business cleaner.

If we notice anything unusual, we’ll take photos and give you a call. We’ll let you know if an HVAC technician should take a closer look. Filtergo keeps it focused on filters.

Franchising

Are Filtergo franchises available?

Yes, franchises will be available beginning in the spring of 2026. We’re expanding in Omaha, Lincoln, Des Moines, Kansas City, and beyond.

Startup costs are refreshingly low. Each franchise follows an owner-operator model with just a van, tools, and filters.

Filtergo’s culture is bright, reliable, and fun. We’re serious about great service, but we like to keep things light while we do it. Franchise owners receive full Home Office support from Omaha, Nebraska, including operations, sales, marketing, fleet, uniforms, and insurance. You’ll have everything you need to get started, with real people ready to help you grow.
